Šče ne vmerla Ukrayini,
ni slava, ni volya,šče nam,
brattya-molodiý, usmijnet’sya dolya.
Zhynut’ naši vorožen’ky,
yak rosa na sonci,
zapanuyem i my,
brattya,
u svoyiý storonci.

Pryspiv:
Dušu ý tilo my položym za našu svobodu,
i pokažem,
ščo my,
brattya,
kozac’koho rodu.

Aún no ha muerto la gloria
ni la libertad de Ucrania,
Aún a nosotros,
hermanos compatriotas,
sonreirá el destino.
Se desvanecerán nuestros enemigos,
como el rocío bajo el sol.
Gobernaremos nosotros,
hermanos,
en nuestra propia tierra.

Coro:
El alma y el cuerpo sacrificaremos por nuestra libertad,
Y mostraremos que nosotros,
hermanos,
somos de la nación cosaca.

IN FEBRUARY 2014 I TRAVELLED TO UKRAINE. TO SEE BY MYSELF THE DAILY LIFE IN MAIDAN SQUARE IN KIEV WHEN IT WAS IN CONFLICT

MAIDAN WAS OCCUPIED IN NOVEMBER 2013. IT WAS THE SECOND POPULAR REVOLUTION IN THE DECADE, THE NAME OF THE MOVEMENT WAS EUROMAIDAN.

THE POPULATION WAS DEMAND THE RESIGNATION OF THE PRESIDENT YANUKÓVICH AND THE APPROACHING TO THE EUROPEAN POLITICS.

CONSEQUENTLY, UCRANIA ARE GOING THROUGHT A OPEN CIVIL WAR AND THE COUNTRY ARE EXPERIMENTING ALSO THE FRAGMENTATION OF THE EAST TERRITORY.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE EVERYDAY SCENES I HAVE SEEN IN THE SQUARE, IN MY DAYS WALKING MAIDAN.
